Time to Taste - Italian Wine from the Tower - made with dried grapes!

 

This time we try an Appassimento wine - wine made from regular wine that has had dried grapes added to it. This 2020 Palazzo della Torre is from the Valpolicella region of Italy and benefits from the additional richness of the appassimento method, especially in the nose. The Okanagan also plays host to numerous Italian grapes so why not book a tour!
